Selected through a highly competitive process, our Junior Faculty are rising stars: current college upperclassmen and young professionals dedicated to refining their craft as performers and educators. This experience provides them with advanced training and professional development as they transition into their professional careers.

During the festival, these emerging artists serve as section leaders in both the Festival and Community Choirs and mentor younger students through private lessons and small group sectionals. You can also see them take the stage during our Coffeehouse Concert series, showcasing their individual artistry alongside their leadership in the classroom.
