Alex Sain is currently a senior at Cumberland University (TN), pursuing a degree in Music Education and Theater. She has been singing in choir for 12 years and sang in her high school's highest ranking choir, Vocal Ensemble.

At Cumberland, Alex has received 4 singing awards. She studies with Professors Patrick Dailey (voice) and Mary Bond (choir). Some of her favorite Cumberland theatre experiences include serving as Head Music Director for Grease and The Addams Family. She also served as Assistant Casting Director for Mt. Juliet High School Theater and Assistant Stage Manager for Memphis – The Musical at The Larry Keeton Theater Company in Nashville.

Alex has loved performing onstage in roles such as “Jan” in Grease, “Sister Mary Patrick” in Sister Act, “Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre” in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and “Mindy” in 5 Women Wearing the Same Dress. She is excited to join Poco a Poco for the first time.
