Ingrid Kammin

Ingrid Kammin, a soprano and voice teacher, holds a Doctorate in Musical Arts in Vocal Performance and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Voice and Head of the Voice and Choral Area at Illinois Wesleyan University. Passionate about vocal pedagogy, teaching, wellness, and arts advocacy, Dr. Kammin is an active member of NATS and the Association for Body Mapping Education. She runs a thriving private voice studio in Champaign-Urbana and is the resident voice teacher for the Central Illinois Youth Chorus. Certified in Laughter Yoga and a lifelong student of Qigong and Yoga, she integrates movement and mindfulness into her teaching. Dr. Kammin loves working with students of all ages and abilities and is excited to contribute to the Poco a Poco community!
