Shannon Eutsey

Shannon Eutsey, a proud Streator native, serves as one of the Operations Managers for Poco a Poco. She brings a lifelong love of the arts and strong nonprofit leadership experience to the role.

Shannon began dancing at age four and trained for 14 years in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and tumbling. During that time, she was active in the local dance community as an assistant teacher and a member of The Dancenter’s Performance Company and Competition Team. She later attended Eastern Illinois University, where she was a member and choreographer for the EIU Dancers. Shannon has also choreographed for community theater productions with Engle Lane Theatre and Vermillion Players, and she is currently in her seventh season as a lead dance instructor and choreographer at The Dancenter.

In addition to her work in the arts, Shannon has spent the past five years serving the Streator Family YMCA in several leadership roles, including Program Director, Executive Director, and most recently Marketing Manager.

She is excited to bring her organization, communication, and creativity to Poco a Poco as the festival continues celebrating music, arts, and community in Streator.
