Abby Mascal, one of the Operations Managers for Poco a Poco, is an energetic educator-in-training from Streator. A 2024 valedictorian of Streator Township High School, she now attends North Central College, where she is pursuing a degree in Secondary Education and English. On campus, Abby is deeply involved as the president of Cardinal Dance Company, Class of 2028 Representative for Student Governing Association, Resident Assistant for first-year students, and holds two additional on-campus jobs.

Abby has trained at the Dancenter since seventh grade, where she has competed, taught classes, and studied a wide range of styles from musical theatre to hip hop. She has also been involved in theatre since second grade, beginning with Aladdin Jr. at Engle Lane Theatre, and has choreographed three musicals. During the summer, she works as a lifeguard and camp leader at the Streator Family YMCA. Known for her bubbly personality, Abby brings a strong sense of community to everything she does.
